This marks the second time EMG Education has received the prestigious ICDL Premier Partner Award at the annual forum focused on enhancing digital competency across the region.

The 2025 ICDL Asia Digital Literacy Forum was held at Nanjing Technical Vocational College in Jiangsu Province, China. This annual event aims to promote awareness of digital skills while providing a platform for education leaders, technology experts, and training institutions to share practical applications of digital literacy and explore global IT education trends across Asia.

Vietnam’s delegation was honored with several awards, including two standout educators from Ho Chi Minh City who teach the ICDL Digital Student program under Plan 762 by the city’s People's Committee.

They received the ICDL Digital Educator Award, which recognizes teachers and lecturers who effectively integrate digital technologies in teaching and empower students through enhanced digital competency and high-quality instruction.

This year’s award recipients were Cao Nguyen Thao Nguyen from Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary School and Nguyen Thi Hau from Hoa Lu Secondary School.

The ICDL Digital Educator Award encourages teachers who demonstrate strong capabilities in applying information and communication technologies (ICT) in education. It underscores the goal of improving digital capacity and teaching quality at educational institutions.

These achievements highlight the determination of Ho Chi Minh City’s education sector in implementing Plan 762, titled “Improving digital literacy, knowledge, and ICT skills for K-12 students in line with international standards from 2021 to 2030.”

This forward-looking strategy not only empowers teachers but also sets a strong foundation for a digitally equipped student generation ready to thrive in a tech-driven world.
