VietNamNet Bridge – The roads around the Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake have become pedestrian streets on the weekends since September 1. 

This is the only public area in Hanoi where vehicles are banned to give way to pedestrians and tourists on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

A Russian art troupe will perform magic, and walk on stilts around the Sword Lake on the weekends of September, from 9am to 10.30am and 8pm to 9.30pm.
