This is the first time the choir has participated in the International Choir Festival of Paris held from March 2-5 by the Music & Friends Association, with choirs from various countries around the world, such as France, the UK, Italy, Turkey, Switzerland, China and Madagascar.

The Que Huong Choir performed two Vietnamese songs, namely Ca ngoi To quoc (“Ode to the Fatherland”) by composer Ho Bac and Viet Nam Que huong toi (“Vietnam My Homeland”) of composer Do Nhuan.

Created in 1994, the annual festival brings together choirs from all around the world, in a pressure-free atmosphere, with no specific requirements.

The festival aims only at encouraging musical exchanges between choirs with different backgrounds and styles in an ever friendly environment.
