As global supply chains continue to shift, Vietnam is strengthening its position as a furniture sourcing hub, with VIFA ASEAN 2026 set to bring manufacturers, suppliers and international buyers together in Ho Chi Minh City this September.
The 4th Vietnam ASEAN International Furniture & Handicraft Fair – VIFA ASEAN 2026 will take place from September 2 to 5 at Hall B of the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Held under the theme “Gathering All Best Southeast Asian Furniture,” the event comes at a time when businesses are reassessing supply networks, seeking new sourcing markets and looking for ways to remain competitive amid changes in global trade.
For Vietnam’s furniture and handicraft industry, the fair provides an opportunity not only to showcase products but also to connect more deeply with international supply chains.
VIFA ASEAN 2026 will feature 600 booths representing 200 exhibitors from across Vietnam and overseas. Vietnamese participants will come from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Khanh Hoa, Tay Ninh and Dong Nai.
International exhibitors will represent markets including the United States, Canada, China, India, Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia.

The broad mix of exhibitors is expected to give buyers access to a diverse sourcing network, from contemporary residential and office furniture to indoor and outdoor products and handicrafts rooted in local cultural traditions.
For buyers, the event is designed as more than a product showcase. VIFA ASEAN aims to provide a platform where they can identify suppliers, compare products, establish business relationships and negotiate orders directly during the exhibition.
A wide range of furniture and handicraft brands will participate, including Sangtang, Global Furniture, An Hoa Phat Furniture, The Rug Republic, Gia Nhien, MP Craft, Minh Bao, Giao Chau, Southeast Asia Handicraft, MT Pottery, Hien Luong, HEMR, Executive, Alo House, Phuc Thanh, Kingtec, Hanova, Thanh Ngoc and Viet Tre.
The event will also bring together government agencies, industry associations and business organizations from Vietnam and overseas.
Participants include the Tay Ninh Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center, Hanoi Handicraft and Craft Village Association, Vietnam Handicraft Exporters Association (VietCraft), Ho Chi Minh City SIYB Business Club, Vietnam Alumni Community, Vietnam Records Institute (VietMaster), Royal Thai Consulate and Thai Trade Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
International organizations participating also include the Indonesian Furniture and Crafts Industry Association (HIMKI), Malaysia Business Chamber Vietnam (MBC), Nordic Business Association in Vietnam, Young Entrepreneurs Network Development Program, China Greater Bay Area Design Industry Brand Zone (BADA), Fujian Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export and Foshan Enterprises Going Global Comprehensive Service Center.
Beyond furniture and handicrafts, VIFA ASEAN 2026 is expanding its scope to cover more of the ecosystem surrounding modern homes, buildings and manufacturing.

The VIFA House & Building Pavilion will provide a dedicated space for products and solutions ranging from construction materials and equipment to indoor and outdoor furniture, smart-home technologies and solutions offered by international exhibitors.
By bringing these segments together, the pavilion is expected to create more opportunities for manufacturers to connect with investors, architects, contractors, project developers and domestic and international buyers.
Business matching will also be a central part of the four-day event.
A series of industry seminars scheduled for September 3-4 will examine developments in e-commerce, home and lifestyle products, and opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to reach international consumers.
Huiyuan Culture Group will host the China-Vietnam Home & Furniture E-Commerce Trade Matching Event 2026, while TikTok Shop will present a session on its Home Living category.
Wayfair will also hold a session titled “From Vietnam to Every Global Living Space with Wayfair,” highlighting opportunities to connect Vietnamese products with customers in international markets.
The VIFA B2B Coffee & Matching program will provide a dedicated one-on-one networking area where buyers and exhibitors can identify potential partners and explore cooperation opportunities.
The space will also serve as an informal meeting and rest area for buyers, with social media activities and complimentary coffee available during the event.
Another component of this year’s exhibition is the SIGTEX Vietnam 2026 Pavilion, located within Hall B.
The pavilion will showcase solutions in green technology, industrial machinery and accessories, electrical and electronic equipment, and clean and renewable energy.
Its inclusion reflects the growing connection between furniture production, supporting industries and sustainable manufacturing. By bringing these sectors into the same exhibition ecosystem, organizers aim to create stronger links between manufacturers and domestic and international investors and buyers.
VIFA ASEAN 2026 will also take place alongside another major sourcing event.
Vietnam International Sourcing – VIS 2026, spearheaded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, will be held from September 3 to 5 at Hall A of SECC.
VIS 2026 is expected to bring together more than 400 Vietnamese exhibitors in major export sectors, including Food & Beverage, Home Appliances & Furniture, Lifestyle & Health, and the Export Supply Chain.
Promotion through Vietnam’s network of overseas trade offices is expected to draw international purchasing groups, buyers, importers and distributors looking for Vietnamese suppliers and potential business partners.
Major international names expected to participate include AEON, Central Retail and Walmart, among others.
With VIFA ASEAN 2026 and Vietnam International Sourcing 2026 taking place at SECC at almost the same time, the two events are expected to create a larger sourcing destination for international buyers and strengthen connections between Vietnamese suppliers and global distribution networks.
For Vietnam’s furniture industry, the gathering offers an opportunity to move beyond simply displaying products. Against a backdrop of changing global supply chains, it provides manufacturers with a platform to build relationships, reach new markets and strengthen their position in international sourcing networks.
