Vietnam’s northwestern region is now more poetic than usual as spring is coming.

The springtime also marks the blooming season of different kinds of local flowers, such as the white plum flower, the cherry blossom and the buckwheat flower.

Spring scenes become even livelier with images of local ethnic children in colorful traditional costumes.
