All Vietnamese were ousted from the Vietnam's Men’s Futures F7 in Binh Duong Province yesterday.

Nam bows out of both singles and doubles events at the Men’s Futures. 

The host’s top hope Ly Hoang Nam was defeated 5-7, 4-6 by No 3 seed Masato Shiga of Japan in the singles quarter-finals.

Nam and teammate Nguyen Hoang Thien withdrew from the doubles semi-finals, giving their rivals Francis Casey Alcantara of France and David Agung Susanto of Indonesia a walkthrough to the final.

In other matches yesterday, qualifier Rhett Purcell of Great Britain won 3-6, 7-6 (5), 6-3 over No 2 seed Laurent Rochette of France; No 8 seed Noh Sang-woo of South Korea beat qualifier David Nguyen of the US 6-7 (6), 6-0, 6-2; and Canadian Kelsey Stevenson trounced Stefan Skadarka of Australia 6-2, 6-1.
