The meeting concretised the commitments and political will of the two countries' high-ranking leaders over the past time, particularly the outcomes of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Vietnam in June 2024 and the phone talks between President Putin and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam in August 2024, Ha stated, noting that they contributed significantly to deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia.
