A scene in the music video of Huong Giang

The Performing Art Agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has noted public criticism of over-sexually provocative images in Huong Giang's 18+ Never Say Sorry music video.

The agency has asked the HCM City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to prevent the video from being issued and circulated on the internet. Any violation will be strictly fined in line with the government's decree on art performances.

The video is scheduled to be launched on August 24.

The first images have already been posted on the internet. The scenes feature Huong Giang in scanty clothes posing with a female actor.

Speaking with reporters, Huong Giang said that she would work with the HCM City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and hoped the video would still be issued. The opening of the video clearly said that it is for people aged over 18 only, she added.
