Vietnam's workforce totaled 54.4 million people aged 15 and above in the first quarter of the year, an increase of 761,800 people year-on-year, according to the General Statistics Office (GSO).

 Domestic enterprises will continue to face stiff competition from foreign enterprises in attracting and retaining talent and skilled employees.
