The "Wide Day" exhibition brings together the works of five artists from different generations, blurring the lines of style, geography, and age to promote artistic harmony in diversity.

The "Wide Day" exhibition showcases over 50 oil paintings created by the artists over the past year.

The "wide day" depicted in the artworks invites viewers to take a moment to live fully in the present, to embrace moments with family and friends, and to appreciate the beauty of the world around them. It is a day to allow oneself to experience tranquility and peace.

It is also a day to explore new lands, meet new people, and immerse oneself in new cultures and traditions. A day to find renewed love for the familiar scenes and people that surround us, forgiving others and ourselves. It is a day to ask profound questions: Who am I? What should I do? What is happiness? What is the meaning of life?

For painter Phung Van Tue, art has always been an inseparable part of his being. The works displayed in this exhibition represent a fusion of external and internal elements, movement and stillness, which he wishes to share with art lovers.

For painter Nguyen Le Anh, painting is a blend of memories, emotions, and reflections expressed through the language of color, composition, and lines. His artworks interweave stories from the past, impressions from the present, and hints of the future, creating a harmonious whole.

Painter Nguyen Quang Hoan paints what he loves—places he has visited, where he found peace, tranquility, and beauty. Each piece tells a story, offering a perspective where he can freely express things that cannot be conveyed in words.

In this exhibition, he continues to explore landscapes in a post-impressionist style, but with a refined approach, featuring simpler, more selective compositions and colors, and more meticulously depicted spaces and times.

Painter Tran Cuong (Kuolg Tran) showcases a highly distinctive style across various mediums, including oil, mixed media on canvas, wood, household items, cabinet doors, and screens. His use of bold colors and brushwork reflects elements of symbolism and expressionism.

Painter Pham Khai finds inspiration in the landscapes and people of places that have been a part of his life for many years.

These include his hometown, with its towering mountains casting shadows over the fields, serene villages basking in the morning sun, and simple, honest people.

There is also Hanoi, a city that retains much of its ancient charm, offering a wealth of scenic beauty and a poetic way of life.

Through his art, Pham Khai shares his thoughts, emotions, concerns, and unique dreams with the public.

The fourth "Wide Day" exhibition is held at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum from October 24 to 30.
