According to the local police, Dinh Thi Hao and Nguyen Thi Lan who both live in Uong Bi City sold the lima beans to Tran Thi Tuyet for around VND2 million (USD86.95) per kilo. The bean just cost VND100,000 (USD4.34) per kilo in the market.
At the police station, the women admitted their violation.
This is among efforts of Quang Ninh’s police to deal with harassment of tourists.
