The Vietnam national women’s football team will participate in a short training session in Prague, Czech Republic to prepare for the AFF Women’s Football Championships in Myanmar, according to the Vietnam Football Federation.

Vietnam's national women’s football team plays a friendly match with a team of Hanoi veteran footballers on Thursday.

The squad will train on July 4-20 in Prague, where they will play three friendly matches.

Earlier this month, the 26-member team gathered at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Centre in Hanoi to train under the guidance of coach Mai Duc Chung.

Vietnam hopes to win the title at the AFF event in Mandalay this July 26 to August 4.
