The 33 vehicle inspection and registration centers are located in the provinces of Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Thap, Ben Tre, Soc Trang, Tien Giang, Bac Giang, and Bac Ninh.

Most of them are temporarily closed to serve the police investigation. One center is closed for personnel problems, one for failing to satisfy criteria on fire prevention, another for having no vehicle inspectors as they have been suspended from work, and another because their land has been revoked.

8. Registration Center 29.23D, km25, National Highway 6, Phu Nghia, Chuong My district.

9. Registration Center 29.29D, No. 115, Kien Hung Ward, Ha Dong district.

10. Registration Center 33.01S, km15, National Highway 6, Ha Dong district.
