The information was announced by the Authority of Press under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Ahead of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the agency partnered with TikTok to launch the campaign “I Love My Country – 80 Years of a Radiant Vietnam”, calling on creators to share positive, inspiring stories about the nation’s history, culture, and people.

Content creators were encouraged to use hashtags #ProudVietnam, #RangRoVietNam, and #TetDocLap. The videos creatively re-enact historical milestones through storytelling, live-action, animation, and a blend of traditional and modern music. They also showcase real-life stories of individuals and communities contributing to the nation.

In addition, the campaign highlights Vietnam’s cultural heritage, natural beauty, cuisine, traditional attire, and performing arts. Works of poetry, music, and dance dedicated to the homeland have also gained traction.

The Authority of Press urged creators to apply digital technologies, modern effects, and artificial intelligence to present history and culture in a fresh, youth-friendly way.

Outstanding and widely shared videos with positive messages will be recognized and honored on September 2.

As of August 22, TikTok had recorded more than 8,400 videos under the hashtag #RangRoVietNam, generating 280.9 million views, nearly 2 million likes, and 80,000 cross-platform shares.

Each video and image serves not only as an expression of love for the country but also as a symbol of solidarity and national pride among young people.

These short clips “paint TikTok red” with patriotism, proving that in the digital age, Vietnamese spirit can be spread through technology while touching hearts in the most genuine way.
