Airports Corporation of Vietnam has submitted a personnel change notice to the Hanoi Stock Exchange, accompanied by a resolution on the appointment of the legal representative of Airports Corporation of Vietnam - JSC (stock code: ACV).
Under the resolution, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Le Van Khien, a Board member, as the legal representative of ACV until a new decision is issued.
The decision took effect on February 25, 2026.
Previously, the position of legal representative of ACV was held by Vu The Phiet, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
ACV currently manages and operates 22 airports nationwide, including 10 international airports. The corporation is also the investor of Long Thanh International Airport, with a total projected investment of approximately VND336,630 billion (approximately US$13.5 billion).
On January 14, ACV announced that the Ministry of Construction had issued a decision assigning the corporation as the investor for phase 2 of the Long Thanh International Airport project.
In mid February, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested that ACV work immediately with contractors to clarify the reasons behind the reduction in the number of officials and workers at the Long Thanh airport construction site, particularly for critical packages and key components.
