In the early hours of Sept. 10, Vietnam time, Apple officially published detailed pricing for its new product lineup on the Vietnam Apple Store.

Alongside the familiar Pro models, Apple’s first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, has set a new price ceiling for officially distributed smartphones in Vietnam.

For the second consecutive year, Vietnam is among the first wave of markets to receive the new iPhones, alongside countries including the US and Singapore.

According to prices listed on the Apple Store Online in Vietnam and by several authorized retailers, the iPhone Duo starts at VND64.999 million, or about US$2,460.

The iPhone 18 Pro starts at VND38.999 million, or around US$1,480, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at VND41.999 million, equivalent to roughly US$1,590.

Pro models reach around US$2,300, iPhone Duo passes US$3,900

For Apple’s Pro lineup, the 256GB iPhone 18 Pro starts at VND38.999 million, while the 256GB iPhone 18 Pro Max begins at VND41.999 million.

Both devices feature the A20 Pro processor built on a 2-nanometer process, a 48-megapixel Fusion camera system with a variable mechanical aperture, and improved battery life. Apple says the Pro Max can deliver up to 45 hours of continuous video playback.

The top-end 2TB iPhone 18 Pro Max is priced at VND60.499 million, or around US$2,290.

The standout of this year’s price list, however, is the iPhone Duo.

Featuring a foldable design with a grade 5 titanium frame, a dual-battery system offering up to 44 hours of use with the outer display, and a side-mounted Touch ID sensor, Apple’s first foldable starts at VND64.999 million, or about US$2,460, for the 256GB version.

The top-end 2TB model costs VND103.999 million, equivalent to around US$3,940, making it the most expensive commercially available Apple smartphone ever officially distributed in Vietnam.

Vietnam pre-order and delivery schedule

Unlike in previous years, when the entire new lineup went on sale at the same time, Apple is splitting this year’s release into two phases.

The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will be available for pre-order in Vietnam from Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, with deliveries beginning a week later on Sept. 19.

Vietnamese consumers will have to wait longer for the iPhone Duo. Pre-orders for the foldable model will open on Oct. 16, with deliveries scheduled to begin on Oct. 23.
