HCM City to ban vehicles in centre on holidays
HCM City will ban all vehicles between 5:30 pm and 9:30pm on Dong Khoi Street today, between 4:30am and 10:30am on Le Duan Street on Sunday, and between 7pm and 9:30am on Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street next Tuesday in District 1.
