At the conference reviewing major government initiatives - including the first year of implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, five years of the State Administrative Reform Master Program, and four years of Project 06 - CMC TS, representing CMC Technology Group, showcased its latest digital transformation solutions in support of Vietnam’s Digital Government strategy.

The event was chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Government’s Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Project 06. Also in attendance were Deputy Prime Ministers and senior leaders from ministries, agencies, and localities across the country.

As part of the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, along with ministerial and agency leaders, visited the CMC exhibition booth to explore and experience the new technology solutions on display.

Three solutions highlighted by CMC

At the Project 06 Exhibition, CMC TS presented three key technology solutions under its “Made by CMC” portfolio:

C-Agent: This is a specialized AI assistant tailored for administrative tasks. Powered by a Vietnamese large language model (LLM), C-Agent supports officials and civil servants in retrieving legal documents, guiding citizens through public service procedures, and automatically drafting official documents. The solution ensures compliance with internal data security protocols, making it ideal for government use.

C-Vision: An AI-based surveillance system using computer vision, C-Vision monitors urban safety and order in real time. It proactively detects irregularities and issues early risk warnings, helping improve community safety and infrastructure management.

Commune-level digital transformation ecosystem: This platform connects commune leaders, officials, hamlet/neighborhood heads, and citizens, creating a unified digital environment. It supports local governance, public service delivery, incident reporting, and promotes digital economy and society development at the grassroots level.

Speaking at the event, Pham Ngoc Bac, Executive Vice President of CMC Technology Group and CEO of CMC TS, emphasized the importance of Project 06 and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW as strategic policy foundations. He noted that these initiatives empower Vietnamese tech enterprises to collaborate with the government in building an effective, citizen-centric digital administration.

CMC reaffirmed its commitment to investing in research and development, mastering core technologies, and working closely with ministries, sectors, and localities to advance a comprehensive digital ecosystem encompassing governance, society, and the economy.
