National CPI up 3.27% in ten months

Vietnam’s consumer price index (CPI) rose 3.27% year-on-year in the first ten months of 2025, while core inflation increased 3.2%, the National Statistics Office (NSO) under the Ministry of Finance reported on November 6.

September CPI rises 0.42% on higher education, food, housing costs

September’s CPI climbed 2.61% from December 2024 and 3.38% from a year earlier. The third-quarter average CPI rose by 3.27% year-on-year, lifting the nine-month average inflation rate to 3.27%.

CPI rises slightly in August

The National Statistics Office under the Ministry of Finance announced that the consumer price index (CPI) last month rose 0.05% month-on-month and increased 3.24% year-on-year. ​
