The festival was held at APEC Park with the aim of enhancing the connectivity between the foreign and local communities in Da Nang via cultural events ahead of the New Year, according to the municipal Department of Culture and Sports.
A wide range of activities were duly held as part of the occasion, including an exhibition of fine art and installation artwork by both Vietnamese and foreign artists and a musical programme with the participation of foreign artists.
Visitors also had the chance to enjoy impressive and colourful spaces for check-in photos, helping them to keep their memorable moments at the festival.
There are currently 30,000 foreigners living and working in Da Nang, including those from Asian and European countries. The event organised by the municipal Department of Culture and Sports seeks to promote the image of Da Nang’s people and landscapes, whilst boosting mutual understanding between locals and foreigners.
