Nam A Bank has announced plans to select an auction organization for the sale of assets associated with the Malibu resort project in Dien Ban Dong Ward, Da Nang City, owned and used by Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd.

The assets being offered do not include 675 condotel units and 96 villas within the project.

After excluding those properties, the auction package consists of the Tourism Apartment and Service Building No. 2, a commercial and service office block located within the Malibu resort development.

The structure has a total construction area of 1,586 square meters and includes three floors and a rooftop level.

The first floor has a floor area of 530 square meters, while the second and third floors each cover 486 square meters. The rooftop floor area totals 91 square meters.

The starting price for the asset has been set at more than VND108 billion, equivalent to approximately USD4.2 million.
