The tournament is jointly organized by Voice of Vietnam (VOV), the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and HDBank, marking the 10th consecutive year the three organizations have partnered in Vietnam’s domestic futsal competitions.

The eight teams are Thai Son Nam HCMC, Thai Son Bac, Sahako, Hanoi, Tan Hiep Hung HCMC, Saigon Titans HCMC, Luxury Ha Long and HCMC Youth.

They will be divided into two groups and play a single round-robin format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semifinals.

The two third-placed teams will contest the fifth-place playoff, while the two teams finishing bottom of their groups will meet in the seventh-place playoff.

Thai Son Bac, Thai Son Nam HCMC and Sahako are among the strongest clubs in the competition and are expected to challenge for the leading positions this year.

The champions will receive the trophy, gold medals, a championship plaque and $7,670 in prize money. The runners-up will receive $3,835, while the third-placed team will take home $1,917.

Individual awards will also be presented for the tournament’s best player, leading goalscorer and best goalkeeper, each carrying a prize of $383.

The Fair Play award comes with $767, while the refereeing team judged to have performed its duties most outstandingly will receive $575.
