They highlighted his honesty, humility, democratic and fair leadership style, and commitment to team unity. Tuyen was also recognized for his respectful and collaborative approach with central and local authorities.

As an ethnic Nung official with a solid educational background, Tuyen has demonstrated professional competence and steady advancement throughout his public service career. His nomination, the delegates affirmed, meets all regulatory and qualification standards for full-time deputies at the central level.

Earlier, on January 15, the Ministry had conducted a vote of confidence among Tuyen’s colleagues, with 100% support for his nomination to the 16th National Assembly.

Born on March 16, 1975, in Tan Doan commune, Lang Son province, Tuyen holds degrees in Crop Science (engineering), Public Administration (master’s), and advanced political theory.

His career includes multiple leadership roles:

– Deputy Director of the Ethnic Policy Department, Committee for Ethnic Affairs (Oct. 2016 – Mar. 2021)
