The campaign, which was kicked on May 6 and will end on June 27, is being jointly implemented by WildAid and Change non-governmental organisations in HCM City, Ca Mau Province and the cities of Nha Trang, Danang, Hue, Vinh, Ha Long and Mong Cai.

  The campaign is aimed to call for the public protection of wild animals

The project is aimed to call for the community to stop using wild animal products and pledge to protect them from extinction risks, particularly elephants, rhinos and pangolins.

Due to ill-informed ideas about the health benefits of wild animal products, thousands of rhinos, elephants and pangolins are killed every year.

The campaign used many Vietnamese and foreign artists, including Nguyen Hoang Hiep, Trang Ruby and Jack Clayton from England.

In 2017, WildAid and Change also co-operated to promote a similar graffiti programme in HCM City on rhino protection. Dtinews
