The event is intended to promote Hanoi’s cuisine and traditional dishes of the northern, central and southern region.

Hanoi Food Festival 2018

The festival will include many activities, including a meeting with researchers, and a culinary space for children.

Artisans from many provinces nationwide such as Hung Yen, Ha Giang, Thanh Hoa, Can Tho, Nghe An, Hue and HCM City are scheduled to attend the event. A special corner is to be set up specifically for them to display their cooking skills.

There will also be a range of art performances and folk games to entertain both local people and tourists during the three-day event.
