On the evening of August 20, TLC Trading, an accessory distributor in Ho Chi Minh City, stirred excitement among Vietnam’s tech community after importing an entire 40-foot container packed with hundreds of boxes of accessories believed to be for Apple’s next-generation iPhones.

According to several Vietnamese tech influencers, the shipment includes tempered-glass screen protectors, phone cases and camera lens protectors from Singaporean brand UNIQ, which are believed to have been designed for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.

One of the cases has attracted particular attention because of its “wine red” finish, a color that recent leaks suggest could be introduced for this year’s new iPhone lineup.

Images of the cases also suggest that the rear design of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max may be virtually unchanged from the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. One person even reportedly placed an iPhone 17 Pro Max inside one of the new cases and found that it fit perfectly.

The tempered-glass screen protectors offer another possible clue. Their design appears to suggest that Apple could make the Dynamic Island smaller on its upcoming iPhones compared with the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

More notably, accessories for Apple’s forthcoming iPhones recently appeared at an event organized by the distributor in Ho Chi Minh City, including what was claimed to be a case for Apple’s foldable iPhone.

Judging from the shape of the case, Apple’s expected foldable iPhone could feature a 4:3 display ratio. The rear appears to accommodate a horizontally arranged camera system, while the case design also indicates support for MagSafe wireless charging.

The iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and Apple’s foldable iPhone are expected to be unveiled at an event in September.
