Update news lunar new years
Ho Chi Minh City, the most populous and financial hub in Vietnam, has planned to launch a variety of activities to welcome the start of 2024.
The Ministry of Transport has requested that Vietnamese airlines arrange more night flights to meet the increasing demand for passenger transportation in the coming New Year and lunar New Year holidays.
The two ambassadors joined in the Tet (Lunar New Year) custom of releasing carp on the occasion of the Kitchen Gods Day (23rd Lunar December).
The Hanoi cultural department will organise the 2016 Calligraphy Writing Festival at the Literature Lake in Hanoi's Temple of Literature from February 2-15.
