The National Assembly (NA) Economic Committee has revised down its GDP growth forecast for 2023 to slightly above 5% from the target of 6.5% earlier approved by the NA.

A report by the team pointed to a number of limitations in legal regulations and policies in the field as well as their implementation, and recommended solutions in the short, medium and long terms.

The 27th session of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee opened on October 11.

Key State leaders such as the Prime Minister and the National Assembly chairman will face a vote of confidence at the National Assembly session next month.
