This new 6-lane road, costing over 4,800 billion VND, is being rolled and paved to meet the traffic opening schedule by the end of 2024.

Starting construction at the end of 2022, the project will create a new road axis to approach Tan Son Nhat airport, reducing the traffic burden on Truong Son road, which has been overloaded for years.

Designed to be approximately 4.4 km long, the connecting road will feature 6 lanes. It starts at the intersection of Tran Quoc Hoan - Phan Thuc Duyen road and ends at the intersection of C12 - Cong Hoa - Truong Chinh road. The project includes an overpass in front of T3 station and two underpasses at key intersections.
