Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc host an official welcoming ceremony for his Russian counterpart Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev on November 19 in Hanoi.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc joined leaders of other APEC economies various bilateral and multilateral events in the framework of 26th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Papua New Guinea.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his entourage arrived in Hanoi on late November 18, concluding his trip to Papua New Guinea to attend the 26th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting. 

 Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc urged the APEC forum to carry forward its role in driving regional and global connectivity while addressing a working session within the 26th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting on November 18. 

 The National Assembly is scheduled to vote on five draft laws in the afternoon of November 19, in the last working week of the 6th session. 

 Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his New Zealand counterpart Jacinda Ardern have agreed the two sides should accelerate exchange of visits at all levels to further enhance the comprehensive partnership towards the level of strategic one.

 Vietnam and New Zealand on November 18 agreed to actively coordinate in realising the Action Programme for the 2017-2020 between the two countries.
