Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh on September 26 attended the fifth ASEAN-Pacific Alliance Ministerial Meeting, and had bilateral meetings with the President of Palau and Foreign Ministers of Ecuador and Ukraine.
