Health Minister Dao Hong Lan issued a grave warning on World Population Day, saying that Vietnam's Total Fertility Rate (TFR) in 2024 dropped to 1.91 children per woman, the lowest in history, down from 2.01 in 2022 and 1.96 in 2023.
