Travel + Leisure, one of the world’s leading travel magazines, has named six must-see caves in Vietnam - all located in the central province of Quang Tri.

Finally, Thien Duong Cave, often dubbed the “underground royal palace,” offers easy access via wooden walkways and showcases extraordinary limestone architecture.

All six caves are part of the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. According to the provincial tourism authority, these natural wonders have attracted a growing number of domestic and international visitors and are now positioned as key tourism products for Quang Tri.

In addition to its famous cave systems, the province also boasts beautiful streams, beaches, and a network of historical and cultural heritage sites that offer visitors a rich and diverse travel experience.

Dang Dong Ha, Deputy Director of the Quang Tri Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, shared:

“With these natural advantages, we’re developing new tourism products and expanding service offerings. We’re also launching tourism stimulus programs with various events and attractive incentives for both residents and travelers.”
