A Chinese crew member who suffered a stroke at sea has been successfully rescued and brought ashore for further treatment by Vietnamese doctors.

The Vietnam Coast Guard Region No. 3 Command rescue ship in collaboration with local fishing boats have successfully rescued three fishermen from a boat that sank off the coast of the central province of Khanh Hoa.

The boy was discovered about 20 km from where he had disappeared.
