Hanoi approves $2 billion investment for three new Red River bridges
Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee, Tran Sy Thanh, has approved the investment policy for constructing three major bridges - Tu Lien, Tran Hung Dao, and Ngoc Hoi - using public funds during the 2025–2030 period.
