Currently, more than 55 businesses have signed up for the event which will showcase approximately 500 dishes.

A large music gala which will feature advanced 3D mapping and laser lighting technology will be held in Dam Sen Cultural Park at 6:30 pm on May 30 to mark the opening of the festival.

The water music show will feature a number of famous singers that promise to turn the night into an audio-visual feast.

An array of cultural activities will also take place during the four-day festival, including art performances from 11am to 1pm and 6pm to 8pm each day.

Visitors will also be able to watch chefs put their cooking skills on display during a competition which will be held at the event.
