At 13:00 on June 2, the location of the storm eye was at about 13.3 degrees North latitude; 121.8 degrees East longitude, in the central region of the Philippines. The strongest wind in the area near the center was at level 8 (60-75km/h).

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move in the north-northwest direction, traveling 15-20km per hour, and will then weaken into a tropical depression.

By 13:00 tomorrow, the center of the tropical depression will be at about 17.9-degree North latitude; 120.0-degree East longitude, on the west coast of Luzon island (Philippines). The strongest wind in the area near the center of the tropical depression will be at level 6 (40-50km/h).

In the next 24 to 48 hours, the tropical depression will change direction to the north-northeast, moving about 15km per hour.

At 13:00 on June 4, the location of the tropical depression's center will be at about 22.1-degree North latitude; 121.4-degree East longitude, on the sea southeast of Taiwan island. The strongest wind in the area near the center of the tropical depression will be at level 6 (40-50km/h).

In the next 48 to 72 hours, the tropical depression will move to the northeast, traveling 15-20km per hour, and will weaken into a low pressure area.

Storm Choi-wan, after entering 120.0 degrees East longitude, will change direction to move out of the East Sea, so in the eastern area of the North and in the middle of the East Sea, there will be thunderstorms and strong winds of level 6.
