Nguyen Le Thuy Tien from Ho Chi Minh city was awarded the first runner-up spot in the Miss Beauty Vietnam International 2019 pageant.

The grand finale saw 20 contestants competing. They all appeared charming during the Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional long dress) segment.
 

Twenty finalists compete in the evening gown segment.
