On the afternoon of November 30, Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Trinh Truong Huy chaired a meeting on the organization of the ceremony to announce the upgrade of the Tra Linh (Vietnam) - Longbang (China) border gate pair to international ones, including Na Doong (Vietnam) - Na Ray (China) customs clearance route.

The organization will be carried out according to the provisions of Decree No. 112/2014/ND-CP dated November 21, 2014 of the Government on land border gate management and Decree No. 34/2023/ND-CP dated June 16, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 112/2014/ND-CP dated November 21, 2014 of the Government on land border gate management.

The ceremony will include main activities: Leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of both sides announce the decision to upgrade the Tra Linh (Vietnam) - Longbang (China) Border Gates into international ones and announce the official opening of Na Doong (Vietnam) - Na Ray (China) customs clearance route;

Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee and Chairman of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region deliver speeches; official ribbon cutting ceremony; delegates from both sides witness the opening of traffic at the Na Doong (Vietnam) - Na Ray (China) customs clearance area; delegates visit the Tra Linh (Vietnam) - Longbang (China) International Border Gate area...

At the meeting, delegates gave their opinions on the organizational plan, the decision to establish and assign tasks to members of the Organizing Committee; Plan to organize the ceremony to announce the upgrade of the Tra Linh (Vietnam) - Longbang (China) Border Gate pair into international ones and the opening of the Na Doong (Vietnam) - Na Ray (China) customs clearance route...

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Truong Huy agreed on the name of the ceremony in accordance with the note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the two countries: the ceremony to announce the upgrade of the Tra Linh (Vietnam) - Longbang (China) Border Gate pair to international ones, including the Na Doong (Vietnam) - Na Ray (China) customs clearance route and on the number of participants.
