Le Trang Ngan, the first runner-up of Miss Petite Vietnam 2023, was born in 1997, standing at 1.45 metres tall, weighing 40kg, with body measurement of 74-57-86cm.

"With my modest height, I was not sure of myself to realize my dream until I attended  Miss Petite Vietnam 2023 pageant, when I realized that nothing is impossible if you have faith and effort," Trang Ngan said.

At Miss Petite Global 2024, she wants to introduce the beauty of Vietnam and Vietnamese people to international friends. 

Trang Ngan said that she is training hard in various skills in preparation for the upcoming competition. 

Launched in Malaysia in 2020 by Nickson Sim and Leo Raynold, Miss Petite Global aims to promote women empowerment through different social causes, to redefine the concept of beauty by opening its door for petite women who are also capable, intelligent, and empowered.
