Many ads about sensitive services such as one-night stands, red-light district and callgirls, have appeared on Facebook. Meanwhile, on Google, one can find ads about apps to order adult movies, call girls or maidens.

While the ads on Facebook appear directly on users’ chat messenger interface, the ads on Google can be seen on the locked screen of Android phone users, through suggestions from the Chrome browser.

VietNamNet has discovered that the apps do not aim to provide sensitive services, but are one of the most common forms of online scams today. 

When users log into an ad with the headline pho den do (red-light district) and leave a message to ask about the services, an automatic message appears on Facebook, which says this is a service for booking callgirls from 63 cities/provinces for those who want a one-night stand. They say they book hot girls, students and office girls for the bosses on business. 

The message also says that users will be provided images of girls and service fees via the Telegram secured chat app, and that users will receive support in booking girls. 

After that, a Telegram link and a code is sent to users, and when users click the link, they are driven to a consultancy account.

The Telegram account shows an image of a hot girl with the nickname plus "sweetlove". The account gets into conversation with a colloquial form of address "Em chao anh yeu, anh yeu cho xin ten tuoi va dia chi dang song" (Hello, darling. Please give me your name and your address). 

Soon after the client says that he is in a district in HCMC, many images of girls are sent to him. The guiding account will tell him to choose a girl he likes. 

After a girl is chosen, the information about the girl, including name, age and price, will be shown, while a link leads to the chosen girl’s account. If the client wants to "check the product" before using, the girl will send an animation without clothes through the chat box and ask for two minutes to change clothes.

After two minutes, a video call is made by the girl. The image of a naked dancing girl with unseen face will be shown for 30 seconds.

The video is ready made, not livestreamed. 

After that, the girl asks the client if he has sweetlove club membership card, and if the answer is no, the client will be guided on how to register such a card that allows enjoy many different preferences, from a free hotel room booking to use-first-pay-later service and skydiving with models. 

In order to open the account, users are required to pay VND155,000, and the money is transferred to an account of a domestic bank.

After the money remittance is completed, the account once again sends a link to a web which shows one night stand task packages and adult films, provides a code to the client and informs that the account registration has been successful. After that, the account sends an image of a VIP card of the sweetlove club which is in an inactivated status.

The dating with hot girls, however, does not then begin. Instead, the swindling process of "call girl coordination apps" starts.

After the membership card is successfully created, the guiding account sends another Telegram account, introduced as customer care service that shows how to activate the card.

The client then continues to work with the customer care account and the account with the avatar, which is another hot girl. After that, the client is told to log into the website once again and begin implementing the task of ‘voting’ and start Voting No1. He has to choose the right answer and type VND50,000.

After fulfilling Voting 1, client will begin Voting 2 and has to pay more money. If he pays VND1 million, he will receive a commission of VND300,000, if he pays VND3 million, he will get VND900,000, and if he pays VND5 million, the commission will be VND1.5 million. And repeated steps will be required for Voting 3. 

Meanwhile, the customer care account always urges the client to pay money and fulfill the tasks soon so as to be able to date the hot girl.

The police have confirmed that they recently have a lot of complaints from many people who fell into the trap of ‘call girl booking’. Though they completed all the tasks requested, they could not transfer money to their accounts as the system reported errors. They finally found that they had been tricked out of money.
