It suggested tourists explore Hoi An, a well-preserved ancient town with canals and centuries-old pagodas next to buildings with French architectural style.

Other sites it mentioned included Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh, Phu Quoc Island, Cu Lao Cham which is very near Hoi An, Son Doong - the world's largest cave, in Quang Binh province, the Marble Mountains in Da Nang and sand dunes in Mui Ne (Phan Thiet).

Other countries on the list are Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Southeast Asia includes 11 countries; the countries that did not appear on the list are Laos, Myanmar, East Timor and Brunei.
