These agreements, covering fields such as education, science, justice, and sports, are set to boost bilateral relations.

The signing and implementation of these new cooperation agreements will not only bring economic benefits but also strengthen the political and strategic ties between the two countries. In the current fluctuating international situation, close cooperation between Vietnam and Russia is more crucial than ever.

List of 11 cooperation documents signed during the visit:

1. Agreement on Higher Education Cooperation between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of Russia.

2. Cooperation Program (2024-2025) between the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of Russia.

3. MoU on Nuclear Science and Technology Center Project in Vietnam between the Ministry of Science and Technology and Rosatom Atomic Energy Corporation.

4. MoU on Developing Laboratory Infrastructure for Disease Prevention between the Vietnam-Russia Joint Tropical Science and Technology Research Center and the Russian Federal Agency for Supervision, Protection of Consumer Rights and Welfare.

5. Presenting Investment Registration Certificate for Lot 11-2 to Zarubezhneft Group.

6. Scientific Exchange Cooperation Agreement between the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economics and Public Administration (RANEPA).

7. Cooperation Agreement between Hanoi University and RANEPA.

8. Cooperation Agreement between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU).

9. Cooperation Agreement between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Higher School of Economics (HSE).

10. MoU on Cooperation in Vietnam between Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and Novatek Joint Stock Company.

11. MoU between BVIM Management Joint Stock Company and Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
