According to the newly released Integrated Index for Postal Development (2IPD), Vietnam has moved two spots upward compared to 2020. 

Vietnam has been elected to the Postal Operations Council of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for the 2022 - 2025 term. This is an opportunity for Vietnam to deeply participate in international postal operations.
