On October 4, Duy Vinh commune police confirmed that they had successfully returned the lost wallet to its owner, Babylynda Kappadais, an Australian national.

The incident occurred on October 2, when Mr. Ha Nam (born in 1968), a resident of Dong Khuong 1, Dien Phuong ward, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam, was riding his motorbike through Duy Vinh to sell steamed buns.

As he crossed Ha Tan Bridge in Vinh Nam village, he noticed a black leather wallet lying on the ground. Inside, he found a mobile phone, cash, and various personal documents belonging to a foreign national.

Without hesitation, Mr. Nam took the wallet to the Duy Vinh police station, asking for assistance in locating the owner.

After conducting a thorough verification process, Duy Vinh police were able to contact the wallet's owner, Babylynda Kappadais. She had lost the wallet while exploring the area and had been very worried about her missing belongings.

Upon receiving her wallet, with all contents intact, Babylynda Kappadais was overwhelmed with relief and gratitude. She expressed her heartfelt thanks to Mr. Nam for his honesty and kindness.
