At its September event, Apple revealed iPhone 17, iPhone Air, AirPods Pro 3, new Apple Watch models, and the iOS 26 update.
At its “Awe Dropping” September event, Apple officially introduced the iPhone 17 lineup, including the ultra-thin iPhone Air, along with AirPods Pro 3, a new series of Apple Watches, and iOS 26.
All four iPhone 17 models will be available for pre-order in Vietnam starting September 12 and for sale from September 19.
iPhone 17
The standard iPhone 17 features a 6.3-inch display with 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate, slimmer bezels, and enhanced durability with Ceramic Shield 2, offering three times the scratch resistance of its predecessor.
Powered by the new A19 chip with a 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU, and upgraded Neural Engine, the device delivers faster processing while conserving energy. Battery life is extended by 8 hours compared to the iPhone 16.
The rear camera setup includes a 48MP wide-angle Fusion sensor and a 12MP telephoto lens. The 18MP front-facing camera supports Center Stage, offering improved stabilization, a wider field of view, and a new square sensor that enables seamless portrait and landscape shots.
Color options include lavender purple, sage green, smoky blue, white, and black. Pricing starts at approximately $985 for the 256GB model and $1,240 for the 512GB model.
iPhone Air
The highlight of the event, the iPhone Air, is Apple’s thinnest iPhone ever at just 5.6mm thick. It features aerospace-grade titanium edges and Ceramic Shield 2 on both sides.
The 6.5-inch screen supports ProMotion, an always-on display, and peak brightness of 3,000 nits.
It runs on the A19 Pro chip and includes the N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and a C1X modem that doubles the speed of the previous generation.
Despite its compact camera design, the device packs a 48MP Fusion sensor and a 12MP telephoto lens on the back, and an 18MP Center Stage front camera with improved stabilization and flexible orientation.
Battery life is optimized with up to 40 hours of video playback, MagSafe support, and an Adaptive Power Mode.
Color options include sky blue, light yellow, white, and black. Prices are approximately $1,260 for the 256GB version, $1,520 for the 512GB version, and $1,775 for the 1TB version.
iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max
Apple has redesigned the Pro lineup with a unibody anodized aluminum frame and a vapor chamber cooling system for better heat dissipation.
The iPhone 17 Pro features a 6.3-inch display, while the Pro Max offers a 6.9-inch screen. The back glass has been replaced with Ceramic Shield 2 for enhanced durability.
The new camera system is housed on a separate bar and includes a 48MP telephoto lens capable of 8x optical zoom (12MP) and 4x zoom (48MP), alongside wide and ultra-wide 48MP sensors. The front camera is 18MP with Center Stage.
These models offer the largest batteries ever on an iPhone, with the Pro Max supporting up to 39 hours of video playback.
Color options include silver, cosmic orange, and deep blue. iPhone 17 Pro pricing starts at $1,380 (256GB), $1,640 (512GB), and $1,900 (1TB). The iPhone 17 Pro Max starts at $1,500 (256GB), $1,755 (512GB), $2,015 (1TB), and $2,530 (2TB).
AirPods Pro 3
After three years, Apple has launched AirPods Pro 3, which retains the same design as the previous generation but includes new biometric sensors that track heart rate, syncing with the Health app for workout monitoring.
Audio quality is improved with spatial audio and active noise cancellation, now four times stronger than the first generation. The new foam ear tips enhance comfort, and the earbuds can provide real-time translation via Apple Intelligence, displaying subtitles directly on the iPhone.
Battery life is 8 hours. Pricing is approximately $270, with pre-orders open now and deliveries expected within 2–3 weeks.
Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3, and SE (2025)
Apple Watch Ultra 3
Apple Watch Series 11 is the thinnest and most durable yet, offering double the scratch resistance, 5G support, and blood pressure monitoring with hypertension alerts. Battery life now reaches 24 hours.
The new models come in aluminum and titanium. Prices for the aluminum version start at $450 (42mm) and $485 (46mm), while the titanium version starts at $820 (42mm) and $880 (46mm).
