In his latest Power On newsletter, Gurman revealed that Apple plans to release a wave of new devices between late 2025 and early 2026 - signaling the tech giant’s ongoing push to expand across multiple product categories.

One of the most anticipated products is the new iPad Pro featuring the M5 chip, which could launch as early as October.

Apple TV is expected to receive an upgrade with the A17 Pro chip, integration with the new Siri powered by Apple Intelligence, and possibly the N1 chip with Wi-Fi 7 support. Previous rumors suggested Apple TV may include FaceTime camera integration, but that remains uncertain.

HomePod mini may be refreshed with an S9 chip or better, support for Apple Intelligence, Wi-Fi 7, and the N1 chip. Enhancements could include improved sound quality, second-generation Ultra Wideband for precise location tracking, and new color options such as red.

AirTag will reportedly get a major range boost - up to three times the current model - with a more tamper-proof speaker and a new low-battery warning system.

iPad Pro with the M5 chip is also expected to include dual front cameras for both portrait and landscape orientations, making it more versatile for photos and video calls.

Vision Pro may get an updated version with an M4 or M5 chip, a redesigned strap for improved comfort, and possibly a new Space Black color option.

iPhone 17e is set to succeed the iPhone 16e and could launch in March. It is expected to use the same A19 chip as the iPhone 17 and target the mid-range segment.

MacBook Pro models with the M5 chip are unlikely to debut before early 2026. Gurman notes that while Apple may not release any new M5 Macs this year, an announcement could come in January.

MacBook Air models with M5 chips are projected for Q1 2026, continuing Apple’s trend of upgrading its best-selling lightweight laptop line.

Studio Display may see a refresh with mini-LED backlighting by late 2025 or early 2026. If no new Macs launch this year, the display upgrade might be postponed until next year.

Apple Home Hub, a long-rumored smart home control center, could finally be introduced around March next year - marking Apple’s bold move in smart home integration.

Notably, Gurman made no mention of the rumored budget MacBook using the A18 Pro chip, previously speculated to launch in late 2025 or early 2026. If released, it would mark Apple’s entry into the mid-tier laptop market and a direct challenge to Windows-based competitors.

Will Apple hold another event in 2025?

It remains unclear whether Apple plans to hold another official event this year. Some products may be announced via press releases on the Apple Newsroom.

However, analysts believe that if the M5 chip officially debuts this year, Apple will likely host a dedicated launch event. Historically, Apple has introduced each generation of M-series chips - M1 through M4 - during live events, underlining their strategic importance to the company’s future ecosystem.

This list of 10 potential product launches underscores Apple’s strong pace of innovation and its ambition to expand further into mobile hardware, computing, and home automation.

As competition intensifies with rivals like Samsung, Google, and Microsoft, these new releases are expected to reinforce Apple’s dominance as a global tech powerhouse.
