The Criminal Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security on July 10 handed over to the United States’ police two American fugitives who had been wanted for killing two people in a shooting.

Police operating in Hanoi stated that they have successfully busted a large-scale counterfeit money ring and arrested seven suspects involved in the group.
