Finance and power companies in the country have been experiencing serious information security incidents.

Individuals and organisations in Vietnam should proactively strengthen their defence capabilities against increasingly diverse and complex cyberattacks, which involve various methods and advanced technology, insiders have said.

APT (advanced persistent threat), financial attacks, and internal attacks are the biggest concerns for Vietnam’s enterprises, a survey by VNISA (Vietnam Information Security Association), Southern branch, has found.
