hanoi culinary space to debut in late september picture 1

It will be held as part of activities to mark the 69th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day on October 10 and aim to elevate the capital’s culinary value as a unique tourism product to local residents and foreign tourists in the city.

The space will be divided into various sections featuring traditional Vietnamese dishes such as Bún Thang (Hanoi chicken vermicelli soup) , Chả Cá Lã Vọng (La Vong Grilled Fish), Phú Thượng sticky rice, and Bánh Mì (Vietnamese baguette).

The highlight of the event will be the space for Hanoi’s Phở (Vietnamese noodle soup), along with some other famous phở brands.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the process of making fiber, which is one of the ingredients that make up typical dishes such as Bún (vermicelli) and Phở.

There will also be a space specifically for international cuisine and contemporary dishes, and a space to promote Michelin-winning culinary restaurants which contribute to making the capital a prime culinary tourism destination.

The function is also expected to create an opportunity for artisans of traditional craft villages to introduce their culinary products to a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
